Hi all.
Seems we have wandered away from the original thread. Nothing new there then!!!!!
However, whilst we were on about talented musicians I should perhaps have mentioned my appreciation for Sinead O'Connor, particularly her best known recording, 'Nothing compares to you' which always does something for me. A quick squint on utube reveals all, particularly like her version of 'House of rising sun' as well, of course not a patch on Eric Burdon and the Animals version, but there you are, a good second best I reckon.
Whilst we are on about the O'Connor clan, what about Hazel O'Connor's 'Will you', superb orchestration with the haunting sax. What do you think guys? Am I just a rambling old fart, liking this stuff? If so, is there a cure, what do you all suggest?
