"I`ll show you mine .. if you show me yours"
Hello guys,
"Say it with flowers", " A Picture is worth a Thousnad words" .. these methods seem to be the way we are communicating at the moment. Has everybody gone Christamas shopping, or maybe abroad while the weather is rubbish?. I`m still plodding away with our School history on the Wikipedia article Anth and I created a few years ago.

Talking about Mr. Eccles, I did speak with him on the phone, and he assured me has was not dead, just suffering from Emphysema. He said he was going to post a note a few days ago. I think we might have two websites now, as there is nothing yet on this one!

Anyway, I hope everyone is in good fettle, and by the way Chris Wiltshire is stiil active on the Internet, he sent me an email recently. It was an association test. Apparently 98% of the population give the same answer, only 2% give a different answer. Guess who`s in the 2%?, I always knew I was wierd!

Regards.

Hi Bill and all.
You are very right, Bill, there seems to have been an outbreak of photo comments lately,
even I was tempted to join in!!!!!!!
Thanks for letting us know that you had spoken to Anth, we miss him on here.
I was sorry to hear that he has not been well and hope he is soon feeling improved.
Please pass on our best wishes next time you speak.
Nice to hear that Chris Wiltshire is still out there in the ether and is OK.
Pity that so many of our members remain 'Dormant' for long periods.
I know that we are boring old farts, but I'm sure that there must be others that have something to add.....
Have fun all.
Sticky.

Hi All, Don't mention Christmas shopping !!!!! It's November and as far as I'm concerned it's not the festive season until the week that Dec 25th is in. I had the misfortune to be in Asda this morning and was almost smothered in Festive bunting, food, lemmings and the plastic muzak that was competing with the resident announcer telling what was on offer in the store. Obviously my wife and I have no eyes with which to spot a bargain !! I really am Bah Humbug with all the commercial aspect of Christmas. I feel that the genuine feelings are long gone. We had "Carol singers" at the door last year and with a quick Good king Wenceslas and a hand held out they were gone. Bah Humbug !! There we are boys, all off my chest and feeling better already. It's great being a grumpy old man. I hope you are all in good spirits and Anth, take care of yourself !! Rich.

Darn it. I won't be able to post my pictures of Rudolph & Santa now! It might be misconstrued! No really to me Boxing Day is the best one of the year (apart from any hangover!). 364 (365) days from next Christmas! Hope too that Anth recovers in time for some festive fun, and some others of those out there will chip in sometime. Message fades out to the sound of 'Little Red Rooster', howldy howl...!
