Is this it ? 100 , or is it still only 99 . Good to hear from Ken, though you'd hibernated mate, like you I've got to admit that these days I prefer the Northern rules version of the game of rugby, it does seem faster and more flowing, been following Le Tour as well, controversial as always, but you have to admire the dedication to do that day after day.
Sadly Bill we won't be able to make Kemble this year, I've sent apologies to Sticky already, I can't get that weekend off, it coincides with Appledore and Instow regatta which is one of my busiest weekends of the year, we'll have to get together another time.

A two way radio may not be enough at least Mr Dillon had a Smith and Wesson if there was any trouble, you know what some of these steam enthusiasts can get like, you may need some assistance, think I will come and keep an eye on you just in case all that authority goes to your head.
Stu knows what you are like for chatting so we know that you will only get half way round even if you are there for three days.

Hi Guys.
Don't know where to start. I think there is something amiss here as I've missed all these postings, they have not appeared on my computer till tonight, weren't there when I checked last night, honest!
Still better late than never. Nice to hear from you again Ken, was beginning to wonder myself. The computer going off with the fairies explains all.
Was enjoying all the talk about pork pies, of course you are all correct, the french know nothing of the culinary delights of such things. I can't imagine a french market at Corsham of all places. The only thing I can recall at Corsham that had any reference to that country were French Beans and even they were considered to be a bit 'Foreign'. How times change.
I'm sure that you'll enjoy your time at Crete, Graham, judging by the reaction of Stu and the others. Never been there myself, but it seems quite appealing. Your comment about the Texan and German reminded me of an occasion at Taipei, I was sat at a bar table with eight or nine others, four of which were two married couples and we were all socialising. Suddenly someone said do you all realise that we all have different nationalities. The ones I can remember are American, Hawiian, Chinese, German, Phillipino, German, Swedish, Danish and me. The conversation moved on and we established that between us we could speak twenty three different languages. Yet we were all sat around the table chatting as though there was nothing unusual about the group. Amazing the power of Bacardi!!!!
I'm sure that you will all enjoy the week end at Kemble Bill and Anth, your passes are on the way! Don't forget to call in to the countryside section and see all the rest of the Stickland clan. Er indoors will be in charge of catering in the caravan as usual.
Have fun all.
Sticky.
